Fresh Kitchen opened in October, 2008 in the trendy Marda Loop neighbourhood of Calgary. The idea of creating a neighbourhood market destination for great food and service has been a vision of Paul Morissette’s for many years. Together, with the culinary direction of Adam Koppany and investors who share the same vision, the beginning of a great Calgary food destination is born.

Our vision is to share our passion for excellence in food and service and to be educators on enjoying great food. We want to bring you the finest food and service Calgary and the world has to offer. Our food choices are irresistible: locally grown produce, some of the finest butchery and seafood in the city, freshly baked artisan bread and pastries, a collection of the finest cheeses, and a chef-prepared, meal-to-go selection that rivals the cooking of any fine dining restaurant. Our chef has created tantalizing dishes, many comfort food classics, while keeping local seasonality at the forefront.

Smoked tomato soup with chive cream

Organic winter greens with roasted butternut squash, goat cheese and truffle vinaigrette

Choose from the following:

Seared forest mushroom crusted beef tenderloin OR Maple pecan crusted Atlantic salmon

Both choices include dill buttered organic carrots, spinach gratin and roasted organic potatoes

Chocolate truffle cake with fresh cream and cherry compote
